Obtain key copy ,security information and survey if available
Install lockbox, yard sign and brochure box
Notify schedule office of showing requirements

Keep you aware of all showings and comments
Provide Title Company loan company contact and loan number
Complete home warranty request if desired

UPON CONTRACT RECEIPT

Review and negotiate favorable contract terms
Coordinate all details until your paid at closing
Contract copies to Seller, the buyer, lender & title company
Deliver earnest money to title company and option money to you
Determine survey and appraisal schedule & convenient inspection time
Be on site for inspection to facilitate subsequent communications
Review & coordinate repair priority list with YOU and buyer
Assist YOU in repair completion
Ensure loan processing on track & timely completion of title work
Schedule convenient closing time
Review HUD-1 from title company with YOU
Oversee entire closing procedure
Determine time of possession and insure delivery of keys, etc
